insured.ng is the online insurance brokerage of XX Company, a NAICOM-licensed insurance broker, powered by Oxi.
Who does what
- The broker specifies every product, places each risk with an insurer on its panel, and handles claims with the insurer. Products are offered by the broker.
- The insurer confirms the price and terms, issues the policy, and pays claims. The premium goes straight to the insurer.
- Oxi (Oxi Limited) is the technology provider: the platform, the Oxi services where cover starts, identity checks and Oxi-Pay payment. Oxi never holds your premium.
What you pay
The premium only. The insurer pays the broker's commission; Oxi's technology fee is settled between the parties.
