- Tell us quicklyOpen My Insured, choose the policy and tell the broker what happened, or reply to your policy email. Report theft to the police and keep the report.
- Send what you havePhotos, receipts, the police or fire-service report. Oxi adds the platform's own records.
- The insurer assessesIt may send a loss adjuster. The broker keeps you informed.
- PaymentThe insurer pays the agreed amount to your Oxi-Pay or bank account.
